properties and this can be very beneficial against acne. Nuts and
seeds are also recommended as they are high in EFA's. Don't forget
vegetables and fruits packed full with vitamins and minerals. Drink
lots of water at least 8 glasses per day to regulate proper body
functionment and getting rid of toxins.
(4) Exercise
Exercising regularly
can prevent acne as it increases blood flow and provides more oxygen
to your skin cells. Sweating is good as it releases impurities from
your body. As a result, it's crucial to have a shower as soon as
you finish exercising to prevent bacteria from developing. Some
exercises like jogging, brisk walking, cycling, aerobics and swimming
are great.
