nuts are also high in EFA's.

vegetables and fresh fruits loaded with plenty of vitamins and minerals
which are good for skin.

products like tofu and soy milk.
(7) Garlic and
onions.
(8) Eggs.
(9) Last but
not least, drink lots of water and flush out toxins and impurities
