Food That Stops Acne Breakouts

(2) Unrefined and unprocessed sugars like honey, maple syrup instead of refined sugar like white sugar.

(3) Organic chicken and meat, those not treated with hormones but a good alternative as well is to eat more fish. Fish notably oily fishes like salmon, herrings and sardines are high in essential fatty acids which can prevent acne inflammation.

(4) Seeds and nuts are also high in EFA's.

(5) Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits loaded with plenty of vitamins and minerals which are good for skin.

(6) Soy derived products like tofu and soy milk.

(7) Garlic and onions.

(8) Eggs.
